Spansion New 8FX MCU is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller with different size of embedded flash memory. The new series use the F2MC-8FX CISC CPU, which offers industry-leading class performance of 8-bit microcontrollers unit enabling more instructions to be executed per cycle.
