In some sense, all companies are now in the Service business - and at UXdna we recognise that a large part of our work is helping clients recognise this reality and adapt to it. For this reason, Service Design as a discipline is becoming increasingly important in our work.
When we bring together the design of products, experiences and services we usually find ourselves working at a deep strategic level with clients - helping them understand the changes they need to put in place across the whole enterprise. These can include changes in values, markets, customer segments, hiring, training, incentive design, metrics, marketing, sales and operations.
