· We have 2 SLA machines and 2 SLS as well as 8 vacuum casting machines, anti-dust spray rooms, UV ovens and an assortment of mills, lathes and other manufacturing equipment.
· We have more than 450 workers and more than 5,000 square meters of standard workplace as well as more than 20,000 square meters of second phase land for industrial use.

SLA and SLS are the most precise prototyping method in 3d rapid manufacturing. SLA and SLS have many inherent advantages. It boasts of high efficiency and nearly 100% material usage rate. Because it can make extreme high precision prototypes, it’s often used to produce complicated and intricate objects like electronic and mechanical components, jewelry, art-ware, etc.

CNC Rapid Precision Machining
POVOKE uses internationally recognized advanced CNC software and machining equipment. According to client’s CAD data, we can produce Rapid Prototypes or Direct Part Productions. Our Technicians are experienced in CNC programming and processing, integrating the best of both modern technologies and manual techniques, and providing International Production Standards. At POVOKE, we have 45 sets CNC, 2 sets SLA and SLS, vacuum casting rooms and other assorted equipments, including painting, UV machines, polish, silkscreen, sandblasting and so on. We achieve Precision and Quality through our Management Experience, CNC aluminum machining Project and CNC Operation, as well as Material ion and Inspection. Our CNC Technicians strive to ensure only the Highest Precision and Highest Quality on every part (big or small, complex or simple). CNC positioning precision is 0.010/300mm and processing precision is within ±0.05mm. Our CNC Technicians work to International Production Standards providing machined parts for a variety of applications.
POVOKE offers a vast ion of High Grade CNC materials to choose on your projects. Our Engineering Plastics ions include: ABS, PMMA, PC, PP, PE, PA (Nylon / GFN), POM (Acetal / Delrin), Medium Density PU Modeling Board (RenShape / SikaBlock), PF (Bakelite), PTFE (Teflon), and PEI (Ultem).Clear Acrylic Prototypes. Our Engineering Alloy ions include: Aluminum, Magnesium, Zinc, Brass and many others.

Silicone mold vacuum casting was used for production runs or duplicate prototypes and
models. Using the model or pieces produced via CNC,SLA or SLS or sculpture made by clay carving as a master mold to make the silicone rubber mold .This silicon rubber mold is then used via vacuum casting to produce accurate duplicates of the original products .
PS : The Maximum size is 1000mm×800mm×800mm ,and the tolerance can be controlled to 100mm/±0.20mm .
One silicone mold can be used 10 time , but 3~8 times is more better . And the thickness of duplication part is ≦2.5mm .
