CNC Prototype

Rapid CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process that works best for prototyping, form and fit testing, jigs and fixtures, and functional components for end-use applications.Jevny can offer low cost and fast turn-around multi-axis-high speed CNC machining solutions to fulfil most requirements for concept models, prototype parts and low-volume production components. We are able to machine direct from your 3D Model. We can supply parts from one-off’s up to low-volume production quantities in a wide variety of materials, including plastics and metal.

3D Printing Prototype

3D Printing is an additive manufacturing process that works best for rapid prototyping, complex designs, multipart assemblies and even functional, end-use parts. Choose from SLA(Stereolithography ) for photosensitive resin parts,PolyJet used for a variety of simulating overmolds, Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) for industrial-grade nylon components and Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) for fully dense metal production.

SLA(Stereolithography)is a great choice for complex prototype geometries because of the precision to which it builds and the ability to apply a multitude of finishes. Jevny’s expert finishers also make Stereolithography (SLA) a wonderful medium for your sales and marketing needs. We can handle full assembly models for photo shoots to focus group samples and everything in-between.


SLS (Stereo Laser Sintering)is one of our most versatile and cost-effective 3D printing technologies.Made from durable white nylon, SLS parts are typically used for concept models, fully-functional prototypes and first article production pieces.SLS parts have a slightly grainy matte finish, but retain high dimensional accuracy and detail.


PolyJet 3D printing is our fastest and most precise 3D printing option. The technology is well-suited for creating production-like prototypes in a wide variety of materials, including rubber-like and translucent components. It can also print in multiple materials, which is often used for simulating overmolds.


DMLS(Direct Metal Laser Sintering)is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a Ytterbiu fibre laser fired into a bed of powdered metal, aiming the laser automatically at points in space defined by a 3D model, melting or rather, welding the material together to create a solid structure.


Clear Plastic Machining Prototype

Many applications benefit from using clear machined parts to help view the process or improve aesthetics. Including automotive lighting and lamps, lightpipes and displays all require good optical components characteristics.

Acrylic machining and Vacuum casting techniques can produce clear prototype. Factors that determine the optimal solution include the degree of clarity required, part complexity, quantity and timescales.Acrylic polishing requires the removal of material and it is essential to achieve a good machined finish before polishing to ensure critical dimensions can be maintained. Manual polishing requires different grades of polishing process used in conjunction with polishing paste which will remove surface material and leave high quality polished finish on CNC acrylic and other plastics.Jevny employs skilled craftsman with many years of experience in this highly specialized process.


Vapor polishing is ideally suited to the polishing polycarbonate of small features and offers improvements to internal and external surface finishes. Minor scratches and other small surface irregularities can be removed from machining polycarbonate parts by vapor polishing. The process is performed with a chemical vapor, which attacks the surface of the plastic and smoothes it. When done properly, vapor polishing can provide optical quality finishes.


PU Casting/RIM/Silicone Rubber

Polyurethane casting is ideal for applications that require quantities ranging from one to hundreds of parts, avoiding the expense of a machined injection mold. Because this process is inexpensive (compared to traditional injection molding), time and money are saved when changes in design are required during product development. Since our molds are flexible, difficult geometries such as undercuts or draft can be produced easily, which allows us to build parts that cannot be manufactured elsewhere.


RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) process uses polyurethanes to produce molded parts. The polyurethanes begin as two liquid components, compared with the pellet form of most thermoplastics. These liquid components - an isocyanate and a polyol - are developed in two-part formulations, which are often called polyurethane RIM systems.Compared to Plastic Injection Molding, rapid injection molding is a more simple and convenient process with a shorter production cycle.

CNC precision machining is a process used in the industry manufacturing, that generally use of lathes, mills, routers, grinders, cutter, and EDM machines to achieved final metal parts. OES-It be used to inspect the relyability of metals, and it can tells our materials whether or not meet the requirement.

CMM-Our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine is CNC controlled and does its inspection by making contact with the part using a touchprobe.This system works very well when checking larger parts and complex features inside parts.

Hardness Tester-Ultrasonic hardness tester can check the hardness and ductility. It is applied to extreamly wide range from the softest aluminum to very hard tool steel. ultrasonic hardness tester is also hand-held, and it can work on-site.

Surface Apparatus-We are equipped with San Feng surface apparatus. With the surface apparatus, we can measure product surface roughness to ensure the surface finishing meet requirements and provide customers with high quality feeling.

DEEP DRAWING Jevny is a leading manufacturer of deep drawn parts, including cylinders, enclosures and irregular shapes. We maintain a vertically-integrated facility with on-site engineering, designing, and prototyping services. Over the last 30 years, we've earned a reputation for producing highly complex, yet cost-effective, deep drawn parts.


PUNCH&STAMP:Jevny’s punches provide significant throughput with high accuracy and quality. With seven punches available, including five with auto load/unload capability, We can achieve rapid cycle times. With a capacity of up to 30 tons and sheet sizes of up to 50 x 100 inches, Jevny can also handle a wide variety of part dimensions and material thicknesses. Our 60-ton and 80-ton stamping presses complement our punches with capacity for high-volume jobs.


FORMING&BENDING:Our forming and bending department is equipped with the latest technology.Twelve CNC and multi-axis press brakes, including a robotic press brake, enables us to bend and form parts to the most exacting specifications with virtually no waste.


EXTRUSION Extrusion is a process under metal sheet service, is used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile, wherein, a material is pushed through a die of the desired cross-section. It is advantageous because of these main reasons over other manufacturing processes

HARDWARE INSERTION Jevny's hardware insertion capabilities feature massive capacity, including 33 Haeger insertion presses, most of which are equipped with automated feeds to increase efficiency.


DIE CASTING is suitable for applications that require good surface finish and dimensional consistency. The main die casting alloys are: zinc, aluminium, copper, magnesium, lead, and tin etc. Manufacture of parts using die casting is relatively simple, which keeps the incremental cost per item low. It is especially suited for a large quantity of small to medium sized castings.

Initially Molds are rather expensive but they are a good investment for your company if there will be continuous batch orders.per month or per year. Plastic Injection Molding

Associated with manufacture is a range of auxiliary services frequently required to bring a new product to market. By far the most obvious is component assembly, followed by testing, packing and overall quality assurance.

Jevny could offers turn-key assembly services in prototype or mass production.We handle the whole process including: ordering all the components, PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing and final shipment. We are capable of assembling BGA, Micro-BGA, QFN and other leadless package parts.
