SOFTCEPTOR™ sensors include two types. The first type is fabric strain sensors and the second type is soft pressure sensors. They are novel soft and flexible sensors that are fabricated from fibrous materials and polymeric elastomers solely, without the use of traditional rigid plastics and metal materials. Some typical benefits of the Softceptor™ sensors are excellent wearing comfort, uniquely large measuring ranges, and outstanding fatigue resistance in long-term repeated deformation.
